Silent Auction: Time TBD
Live Auction: Throughout and after the Banquet, which starts at 5:30 pm on Saturday, March 6.

Auction donations wanted

Among the highlights of the annual NBA Banquet are the live and silent auc- tions. Every year, it continues to grow in size and quality, thanks in part to the generosity of our members, businesses, and bowhunting companies that donate items to us.

The annual auctions continue to be our largest fundraiser of the year. Money generated by these auctions helps fund the many projects the NBA is involved in throughout the year and helps keep the organization strong and prosperous. The biggest and most amazing part is without the generosity of our membership our auction would be very limited.

So again, your NBA is requesting donations for these two auctions. Items donated do not need to be bowhunting related and any items will be greatly appreciated. Big items bring in more money but the small items add up as well!

I will be accepting donations on Saturday morning outside the auction room. Silent auction items will then be on display for bidding on Saturday. The time and location of the silent auction will be determined before the banquet weekend begins. With COVID-19, room capacity is constantly changing, so we need to be able to adapt to the current sit- uation and directed health measures the week of the banquet. We will update the NBA website and Facebook page when this information is available. A schedule will also be provided at registration. The live auction takes place at the end of the Awards Banquet on Saturday night.

If you’d like to donate an item for the silent or live auction, please contact:

COVID-19 NOTE: Kearney has implemented a mandatory mask law, so everyone will be required to wear a mask while they are inside the hotel in a public area (everywhere except your room). If you forget a mask, extras are available. There will be hand sanitizer stations set up throughout the hotel and we will follow all other directed health measures and health department recommendations. Tickets non-transferable but are refundable this year if the banquet is cancelled or if you don’t feel comfortable attending. Please do not attend if you are not feeling well or if you have been exposed to COVID-19)
